How to Book
Rental pricing is per person for a 24 hour period that starts from the pick up time you select. Discounts are automatically applied for multi-day rentals. If our regular pick up times don’t work for you, please call us before booking to see if alternate arrangements can be made at: 218-387-3136
Start by choosing dates. Rentals will need to select when you’d like to pick up your gear. If our regular pick up times don’t work for you, call to see if alternate arrangements can be made: 218-387-3136
Select the Category of items you’d like to rent (ie: Cross Country Ski Package to book skis, boots and poles or Cross Country Skis to book skis only) or the tour you’d like to take (ie: Canoe Tour or Kayak Tour). Then scroll down to select your rental items or desired tour. You can read the Summary we’ve provided to learn more about the tour or equipment itself before choosing your items, sizes, quantities, or special requests.
Review your cart selections, adding the names of the people that will be participating in the tour or using the equipment you selected (ie: assign Joe Smith the 202 cross country skis you selected for him so we can prepare the skis accordingly). Use the notes to add information as needed.
Input the information requested for the primary point of contact - who should we get in touch with if we have any questions, comments or concerns?
Pay your fees using Stripe, our 3rd party payment processor. You can review their security standards here.
Check your email - even the spam folder - for a confirmation email that your booking was received and accepted. Start planning your adventure and get excited!
The day before your pick up date you will receive an email asking you to sign our waiver and review your reservation; keep an eye out for this to save time in store.

Summer Rental Updates (Last Updated 01-May-2023)
As winter comes to a close our team has been working on prepping our summer rental fleet. We’re checking for damage, fixing up gear, registering our boats and updating our inventory within our booking system. Until we complete these important steps our online reservation system won’t be available to book certain summer rental items. We’ve opened up the areas we’ve completed and will continue to release items as they are reviewed.
We are still working on our canoes, kayaks and fishing supplies while all other items are available to book using the system below. While we finish our inspections you can inquire about our canoe, kayak and fishing inventory, and book over the phone by Contacting Us. Just ask for our Tour and Rental Coordinator! Otherwise we expect to have these offerings online by Sunday, 04 June 2023.
