We take great care of our gear.

We stand behind everything we rent. If you're not satisfied with your rental, you can return it for a replacement and we’ll extend your rental accordingly, or we’ll issue a full or partial refund of fees paid upon return.

Guarantee policy doesn't cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Sorry, but we do not issue refunds for items returned early. When we hold a reservation for you, it isn’t available for anyone else.

The condition of all gear will be confirmed with you upon pick-up. Once you leave with our gear, it becomes your responsibility. Upon return, any damage beyond normal wear and tear that requires us to do a repair will incur a fee based on the extent of the damage and necessary repair work.
