Hygge Night Ski

Discover the bliss of nighttime cross-country skiing

There is something magical about cross-country skiing at night. The stars and the moon are your companions. The forest is reverently quiet. And your skis glide along the snowy path as if drawn by a magnetic force.

As you laugh with your skiing buddies and delight in the vigor of skiing, it dawns on you: this is what hygge is all about. Hygge, the sense of cosiness, contentment and connection that comes from appreciating life’s simple pleasures, is right at home on the cross-country ski trails of the North Shore. Let us show you how to connect with our community on this special night.

DUE TO CURRENT STATE RESTRICTIONS, OUR HYGGE NIGHT SKI IS UNAVAILABLE RIGHT NOW. We can’t wait to get out on the trails with you, once it’s safer to do so! In the meantime, you can still rent or buy skis from us. Check out the cross-country, backcountry, and skijoring rental options here. If you prefer to have your own gear, stop in or give us a call at 218-387-3136. Because of the natural distancing with cross-country and backcountry skiing, these skis are especially popular this year, so give us a call soon.
